Case Studio is available to all applicants preparing an EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or O-1 petition. For attorneys, it is built for solo practitioners and small to mid-size firms. Applicants and attorneys can also seek perspective from Expert Advisors, which are booked separately.

Not yet. Meritocrat has not completed a SOC 2 audit or any other formal security certification. It runs on AWS, data is encrypted in transit, uploaded files are encrypted at rest, and our Privacy Policy and Terms set out binding commitments on how data is used and protected. Meritocrat is built for applicants, solo practitioners, and small to mid-size firms. If your organization requires a SOC 2 report before adopting a tool, it may not meet that requirement today.
